At HOLLYROSE LINGERIE your shopping experience is our priority. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return it. we can only accept returns for items purchased on hollyroselingerie.com
If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return)
- the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in original undamaged packaging
- the following items are final sale and ineligible for return are panties.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please make sure your items are eligible for a return.
- To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
- Please contact customer care to request a return shipping label.
- Once you receive your return shipping label by email, simply print and attach it to your package (HOLLYROSE LINGERIE believes in environmentally-friendly practices. if possible, please re-use the original box you received your order in).
- Drop off your package at any usps location (for a list of convenient locations, please visit usps)
REFUND PROCESS:
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. upon approval, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds for eligible items purchased at regular price will be applied to your original form of payment
- Refunds for eligible bundle priced items will be applied on a HOLLYROSE LINGERIE e-gift card
- You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. a $7 return fee will be deducted from your refund. the amount will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return (or immediately on your HOLLYROSE LINGEIRE gift card).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of HOLLYROSE LINGERIE
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are not available at this time. you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
RETURN TO SENDER:
HOLLYROSE LINGERIE reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at time of delivery or as a result of it being unclaimed.
